This is an OEM antenna fin cap direct replacement. Requires to remove partial headliner on car to access the antenna bottom bolt/nut. Once antenna is removed, you need to unfasten 5 screws at the bottom of the antenna assembly to release the internals and transfer it over to the new Carbon Fiber one.
