Claims, Returns, Refunds, Warranty, & Cancellations
 

Warranty Terms

None of our products come with warranty. There may be cases our manufacturers will grant specific warranty and/or after sales service, but varies by case and product. For any issues encountered after a certain period of time that deems as a manufacturer defect, please contact us via email for further assistance. We don't guarantee any warranty claims will be granted, but we strive to make it right if it deems necessary.​

Claims and Inspection

To facilitate claims processing, if you receive a damaged package, we advise customers to open and inspect the product upon delivery. If any damages are found, please deny the delivery to initiate the claims process with the shipping company. Accepting delivery before inspecting fragile items may lead to denial of claims.

 

For Carbon Fiber hoods and fenders you may accept the crate packaging after taking evidential pictures in all possible angles and video of the damaged packaging, and ensuring the freight company driver notates in on the receipt as, "Damaged upon delivery". Ensure this is notated on the drivers receipt and your customer copy. You can then submit claims to our email address with supporting pictures and video so we may provide the next steps for a solution. 

 

Responsibility for Damages

While we do not take responsibility for damages, we will assist in filing claims against shipping companies and/or manufacturers to obtain a refund if approved.

 

Returns and Refunds

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THESE ARE CUSTOM MADE ITEMS, THEREFORE, NO REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS ALLOWED ONCE ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED. NO RETURNS ALLOWED. IF THERE ARE ISSUES DUE TO SHIPMENT, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CARRIER. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER TO INSPECT PRODUCTS PRIOR TO INSTALL. WE ARE HERE TO ASSIST IN ANY WAY POSSIBLE, SO ALL ISSUES MAY BE DIRECTED TO OUR EMAIL TO SEE POSSIBLE VIABLE SOLUTIONS WITH OUR MANUFACTURERS AND/OR CARRIERS.
